Career Exploration

SHADOW is committing to ensuring continued success after individuals have completed time in our program. Mentors/mentees will work together to navigate the process of obtaining a job in a certain area of interest. This will include determining if schooling or courses are necessary and how to apply to a specific program. Youth will learn about interview skills, resume building, financial literacy and professionalism in the workplace.
