SHADOW mentors will work with individuals to help develop a training program that focuses on nutrition and the mind-body connection. This may be done at a fitness club, a rec center or even just outside in nature.
Being a part of an athletic team or program teaches youth about commitment and perseverance and it also supports mental and physical development. SHADOW provides athletic training services to help youth get moving on their own and/or get involved in a sports team or club.
