Mental Health support

Social-Emotional Well-Being

  • Positive mental health helps youth develop the resiliency to cope with whatever life throws at them and aids in growing into well-rounded healthy adults. 
  • Things that can help keep adolescents mentally well include: being in good physical health, eating a balanced diet, engaging in positive relationships, and making meaningful contributions to one’s community. 
  • Youth will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with adults and engage in volunteer opportunities to give back to the community.
